COMPANY POLICIES


  1. We have the right to decline service to anyone at ANY time. 

  2. All appointments must be booked in advance through phone or in person. Non Refundable Deposits are mandatory and must be paid in full 24 hours after the invoice is sent via email. Deposits will be applied toward the final service cost.

  3. Clients will receive a confirmation text upon booking and a reminder 24-48 hours before the appointment. Confirmations are mandatory for ALL appointments.

  4. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24- 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 

  5. Late cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50 and will be required to forfeit initial deposit. 

  6. No- shows will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 and will be required to forfeit initial deposit. 

  7. Emergency Cancellations are at the discretion of management.

  8. Late arrivals after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, will have to pay a $25 late fee, and may need to be rescheduled due to availability. Consistently late clients will have to pay the $25 late fee and prepay for future bookings.

  9. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. American Express and checks are NOT accepted as a form of payment. 

  10.  All services are non- refundable, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

  11. All products are non- refundable, if products are damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. 

  12. We expect all clients to be respectful and courteous toward staff and other clients, harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or being banned from our establishment.  

  13. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments during the consultation process.

  14. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. This helps us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all.

  15. Masks may be required during certain services or if deemed necessary by management. 

  16. Clients under the age of 18 require parental consent for ALL services.

  17. Clients must be over the age of 18 for permanent tattooing services.

  18. Children and Extra guests are not allowed for health and safety reasons. 

  19. Payment and payment plans must be paid in full 24-48 hours after the payment invoice is sent. Failure to complete payment will result in a $50 late fee. 

  20.  If payment or payment plans are not paid in full after the scheduled date, clients will be banned from the establishment. 

  21. Training programs require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Deposit invoice must be paid 24-48 hours after initial email is sent. Full payment will be required before the course begins. 

  22.  Students must attend all scheduled sessions to receive certification. Rescheduling missed sessions is subject to availability and an additional training fee. 

  23. Certifications will only be issued upon completion of the course requirements.

  24. By receiving services, clients consent to before and after photos being taken for client records. Please specify, if you do not want your photos being used for marketing purposes. 

  25. Client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. 

  26. A patch test is recommended for certain treatments to minimize the risk of allergic reactions. Clients declining the patch test, will do so at their own risk. 

  27. While we strive for optimal results, individual outcomes may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. 

  28. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  29. Lost or Stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. 

  30. We reserve the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
